NoomiClone mod APK: what it is, what it risks
Searches for a NoomiClone mod usually mean one of two things: an "unlimited money" APK from a mod download site, or the NoomiCheems community build. This page explains both and what you would actually get. We do not host or link to modified files.
What "NoomiClone mod APK" means
An APK is an Android install file. A "mod APK" is the official game's file, taken apart and changed by someone other than the developer, then re-uploaded to a download site. For NoomiClone the usual promise is "unlimited money", meaning NoomiCoins, the in-game currency. Mod sites list versions such as 2.3.1 and 2.3.3, often ahead of or behind the real version, because they are not made by the developer and are not tied to the official releases.
A second meaning is NoomiCheems, a community mod shared through Discord and Telegram that added cosmetics and private servers. Its servers shut down in October 2026.
What unlimited NoomiCoins would actually buy you
In NoomiClone, NoomiCoins are only used for skins. According to the developer's store description, every skin can also be unlocked by landing regrabs, the move where Noomi lets go of one bar and catches another. There are no levels to unlock, no energy system and no paid maps. So a money mod changes nothing about how the game plays; it only skips the regrab practice that unlocks skins, and that practice is most of the game.
The risks of a modified installer
- You cannot see what was changed. The file was rebuilt by someone anonymous. "Unlimited money" is the advertised change; anything else inside is invisible to you.
- Android has to be told to ignore its warning. Mod sites instruct you to tap "Install anyway" when Android blocks the file. That warning exists because the installer does not come from a checked source.
- No updates. A mod is frozen at one version. The official app updates often (see the updates page), and a modded copy cannot take those updates without being replaced by another unknown file.
- Your account. Since version 2.3 the official app has an optional sign-in that keeps your regrabs, NoomiCoins and skins across devices. Signing in from a modified copy puts that account in the hands of whatever the modified app does.
- Fake download pages. Many "NoomiClone mod" results are download pages built for ads. The "download" button often leads somewhere else first.
The safe way to get every skin
The official game is free, and the skins are free if you play for them. Our guide covers how skins unlock: land regrabs, or spend NoomiCoins earned in the game. Practise the regrab with the swing timing drill, and use the app's slow motion and replays to see why a catch missed. If you only want to try the game first, the browser version needs no install at all.

Questions
Is there an official NoomiClone mod?
No. The developer publishes one version of the game on itch.io, the App Store and Google Play. Everything called a mod is made by someone else.
Does a NoomiClone mod APK work on iPhone?
No. APK files are Android only. Files offered for iPhone are IPA files that must be sideloaded, and they are also not from the developer.
Can I get banned for using a mod?
The developer has not published a policy on this, so we cannot say. The practical risk is to your device and, if you sign in, to the account that holds your skins and regrabs.
Is NoomiCheems a mod APK?
It was a community-made modified build shared through Discord and Telegram, so yes, in the same sense. Its servers closed in October 2026. See our NoomiCheems page.
